Australian Orders

All orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible - usually within 1-2 working days of receiving payment (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location.

To recieve free shipping on orders over $100, please quote ' FREEPOST' upon checkout in 'redeem voucher' box.

Registered/Express post

This method is secure and based on the weight and destination within Australia of the items purchased. The cost is calculated using the Australia Post parcel calculator plus $2.80 for the registered service.

This service offers:
   -   Identification number for every parcel. 
   -   Proof of posting. 
   -   A signature on delivery.
   -   Insurance cover of up to $100 is included.

If this option is chosen, the cost will be calculated at the checkout.   

Worldwide Delivery

Higgle Piggles happily posts overseas using Australia Post Air Mail, the estimated time of delivery is within two weeks. This is a guide only.  Shipping details will be confirmed once your order is received or you can email us at contact@higglepiggles.com for exact shipping prices and we will respond usually within 24 hours.

Loss or damage in transit

Although Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, mishaps do occur, all items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care.  Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email so we can discuss the issue. Unfortunately we can not keep track of parcels unless sent by registered or express post. 

HigglePiggles holds no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit.  For this reason, we recommend using registered or express post for it's traceability and insurance offered.  This will ensure that your items arrive safely and on time.
