Payments

Payment can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Deposit and Money Order/Cheque.                                                                                                                         

*Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card*

For Cheque/money orders, items will not be posted until funds have been cleared. This may delay postage times.

Refunds & Exchanges

HigglePiggles prides itself on customer satisfaction.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days and we will offer you a refund/exchange or credit. Returns after this time period will not be accepted.

All items returned for exchange, refund or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item. 

We are unable to refund any original postage costs on returns. Return postage costs are the cutomer's responsibility, please contact us at contact@higglepiggles.com

Labels & Swing Tags:

All Higgle Piggles clothing, manchester and accessories are brand new, high quality items. We do not sell seconds.

Some styles will have the swing tags removed or labels cut. This is for legal purposes only.

These are not seconds!! -the suppliers do this to stop shop returns. Some stock are over runs from the manufacturers who supply the major retail stores so therefore labels & tags must be removed where necessary if the store name is on any part of the label or swing tag.
